October 13th

Dear Hubbie,

We really need to set good examples for our kids to eat well and get enough exercise. Maybe this is just the health kick phase that I'm going through right now, but I really want them to be raised with good eating and exercise habits. So we should always have healthy snacks like fresh fruit in the house for the kids (and us) and make sure they are in some type of sport (along with music lessons). Here's to a happy and healthy family!

Dear Hubbie,

October will never mean football season for me. It may mean the start of college basketball pep rallies or (if lucky) baseball postseason, but football will just never be a sport I get into all that much. Just so we're clear...

October 11th

Dear Hubbie,

I would first like to point out the fact that today is 10/11/12. That being said, once upon a time I thought that my wedding day would be 12/13/14. Although I realistically know that is no longer a possibility, these uniquely numbered days still continue to remind me that everyday I am that much closer to meeting you, falling in love, and spending the rest of my life with you. I may not meet you tomorrow, or next week, next year, or maybe not even by 12/13/14. But each day is one step closer. So no, we probably won't get married on 12/13/14, but I can assure you, whatever day we do choose to get married will be one I will never forget.

Dear Hubbie,

We need gym memberships. And to work the time into our schedule to actually work out. I'm serious. If we don't go now, we're starting tomorrow.

October 8th

Dear Hubbie,

We should try and live closer than 45 minutes from work. It's too much time in the car, too expensive for gas, and it's an extra 2 hours we could be spending with one another (or at least another hour sleeping next to each other).
