October 13th

Dear Hubbie,

We really need to set good examples for our kids to eat well and get enough exercise. Maybe this is just the health kick phase that I'm going through right now, but I really want them to be raised with good eating and exercise habits. So we should always have healthy snacks like fresh fruit in the house for the kids (and us) and make sure they are in some type of sport (along with music lessons). Here's to a happy and healthy family!
