I couldn't sleep at all last night from the stress of the phone conversation we had right before bed. All day, I felt frustrated with you and tried to assess your anger and whether or not I could approach you for conversation. We only talked for about 10 minutes earlier, but that short amount of time helped give me a little bit of peace of mind to sleep slightly better tonight (you know, 6-7 hours instead of 5).
Let's never go to bed angry, okay?
