Dear Copper,

Our offer on the "Strawberry home" was declined today with no counter, as we figured. Guess this means we will just have to keep looking until we find the right one. 

In other news, we received our first wedding gift today (our CrockPot from the Reeds)! Can't wait until we live together so we can have dinner together more than once or twice a week (even if it means me cooking, haha). Our wedding is getting closer! Ahhhhhh!

We put our third offer on a home today, the "Strawberry (a.k.a steps) home." It's your dream home... complete with 30 steps. After looking at a few more duds today, I agreed to go in with you $29k under the asking price because I knew you'd always regret it if we didn't at least try and put some offer in. Here goes the waiting game again to see if they counter... You said you would help bring groceries in and carry our future kids upstairs, right?

You went with me to my office Christmas party tonight and on the way home told me the people that you enjoyed talking with versus the people you didn't really clique with... Not knowing names that I have told you or by basing it on the time spent with each group, you picked out the same co-workers that I enjoy talking with... More proof that we are a good match. Even if we had met randomly at a house party, we probably still would have ended up talking and enjoying each other's company.
